Justin Billingsley is now Saatchi & Saatchi’s global COO

Justin Billingsley se unió al equipo de Saatchi & Saatchi como CEO de Greater China en 2009

Saatchi & Saatchi has appointed its chief executive of Dynamic Markets, Justin Billingsley, as worldwide COO. The company’s offices around the world will report to Billingsley. His task will be leading growth, performance, and transforming the capabilities of the business. Billingsley is taking after Chris Foster, who moved to Publicis Groupe in the role of senior VP global clients in August. Robert Senior, Saatchi & Saatchi’s worldwide chief executive, said: “Justin is a proven transformational leader for us – first in China, then in EMEA- and, in his new role, will focus on improvement in our performance globally.” Senior said that he has a great working partnership with Billingsley. “It is as simple as this: we both stand in the doorway of the Saatchi & Saatchi network. From there I tend to look outwards, and Justin tends to look inwards. We need to do both in order to lift our game and achieve our purpose.” Billingsley assumed his former role in January. He joined Saatchi & Saatchi’s team in 2009 as the chief executive for Greater China. Before he was brand director at Orange, and he also held marketing roles at companies such as Coca-Cola.
